Nothing to be improved.
Always listen and we do what mum does at home. This gives mum a break and to recharge her batteries and she can spend time with other family members.

Staff came when i needed them
Staff were on that i knew well and was comfortable with.
They changed my pads regularly.
They were kind and patient.
They knew my routines.
They know when i am unwell.
They are careful about my medication.
